What does a broken workflow
cost your business?

A single undetected Salesforce regression can cost days of lost revenue, customer trust, and engineering scramble. Release Assurance costs a fraction of one incident.

Pick the coverage your business needs. We handle the rest.

We don't charge for clicks or test steps. You pick a coverage package, we allocate Coverage Units to the workflows you want protected, and those workflows run daily by default. Subscription billing starts when your initial protected workflows are ready for review — not before.

How we scope coverage fairly.

Coverage Units are our internal way to estimate the build effort, run complexity, and maintenance risk behind each protected workflow. You don't size them — we do, with you.

Low Effort
1Coverage Unit
Usually includes

1 Salesforce object, 1 record create/update, short action path, limited fields, 1 primary assertion.

Moderate Effort
3Coverage Units
Usually includes

2–3 Salesforce objects, more fields and data setup, more screens, waits, related-record checks, multiple assertions.

High Effort
6Coverage Units
Usually includes

Longer action path, more engineering build time, conditional logic, branching outcomes, status changes, validation rules, deeper verification.

Extended Effort
10Coverage Units
Usually includes

LWC / shadow DOM traversal, approvals, multiple roles, permission-dependent steps, integrations, many assertions.

Final sizing is confirmed with you during scoping — before any billing changes.

The Release Assurance promise

“I know what we're paying, I know which workflows are protected, and I know Release Assurance will maintain the coverage as Salesforce changes.

Before you decide

Common questions.

?What exactly is a Coverage Unit?
A simple measure of how much effort it takes to protect a Salesforce workflow — scoping, building, running, monitoring, and maintaining. Low-effort workflows are 1 Coverage Unit. Extended multi-role flows can be 15 or more Coverage Units. We agree on the per-workflow weights with you up front, so the math is never a surprise.
?What if Salesforce itself changes?
Salesforce ships a few major releases each year, plus smaller updates throughout. When one of those updates causes a workflow we're protecting to break, we fix it for you — included in your plan. No change orders, no surprise invoices.
?How do you protect our Salesforce data?
Sandbox-only — we never touch production. Every run happens in an ephemeral container, torn down at completion.
?What if we need to change a workflow?
Update requests are included. Submit through your customer portal and we'll re-record the workflow within 48 hours. No additional charges as long as it stays within your Coverage Unit allowance.
?What if we need more Coverage Units later?
Starter does not support additional Coverage Units. If you need more coverage, you can upgrade to Professional. On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can either upgrade your plan or request additional Coverage Units for $150 per Coverage Unit/month.
?How does billing start?
Monthly plans include a one-time Coverage Buildout Fee due at signing. Your monthly subscription begins when the initial agreed workflows are ready for review. Annual plans waive the buildout fee.
?How quickly can we get started?
Days. Not months. Once your sandbox access is connected, we build and launch your initial workflows within 1 to 3 business days.
?Monthly or annual — what's the difference?
Annual plans save 15% over the monthly equivalent and waive the one-time buildout fee shown on each plan above.
